First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Rosenberg Mitsubishi is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Complimentary disinfection of the vehicle interior with every new vehicle purchase from the dealership
  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

In addition, Rosenberg Mitsubishi is now offering Diamond Protective Care for your vehicle. With Diamond Protective Care, it's safe, nontoxic, and quick killing antimicrobial that instantly cleans and eliminates odors in your HVAC system, interior, and purifies the air that moves through your vents. Our professional, certified Mitsubishi employee's will disinfect all seats, seatbelts, door panels, carpets, trunk space, steering wheels, touch screens, door handles, and everything else that is crafted in your Mitsubishi interior!

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations. Our salesroom, service and parts departments are open during this time. For our customers who prefer to shop from the convenience of their home, we now offer home vehicle delivery with pre-approval

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching new and used vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.

Our staff at the sales and service department are working diligently to keep customer safe during these times of uncertainty. To show our appreciation for the First Responders in our Rosenberg community, we offer a one-time disinfection for Mitsubishi vehicles for doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, firefighters, 911 dispatchers and law enforcement officers.
